Spam Messages and Post Reports

Well, a number of spam messages have popped up recently, and I've reported all that I've seen. Despite that, a number of them are still here and it's not a good look.

Is there a way to get rid of these bots, if that's what they are, too?

The staff try to take care of all of the spam when we can, we do see your reports and get around to it when we can. I've tired a number of things, none of which seem to work. Just the staff to keep on top of it really.

To be honest, I think the staff manage the spam on this site very well. Seems as we've all been split into different time-zones. You have me working in the Uk timezone which is GMT, you have Unbreakable working in the Australian time zone and then there's CD & MM are in American time-zones. It all works out well.

Yesterday I just reported some spam. We keep getting all that converting DVD crap.

It's because we're a movie site. The spam systems usually post spam that has relevance to the forums it's posting on. Anyway, I don't see anything else to say here so I'll be closing this thread.
